Hmmm, Reality TV Shows? The subtle nuances of differences between generic and Little Debbie brand oatmeal cream pies, or maybe it is the ability to discern the level of the depth of my hudband's sleeping in his recliner, thus enabling me to know the best time to slip the remote from his clutches...allowing me to pursue my studies of really bad Reality TV shows....

Ahhhh........the delights of being REALLY GOOD at something!

Their deepest , most intimate secrets....those things we all hold so deeply inside...afraid that NO ONE ELSE EVER had such bizarre, heinous thoughts. If we shared them, we would find we are all the same...

Why we all cannot seem to just be KIND to each other...if everyone was just plain nice to everyone else, well, problems solved!

That no matter what happens to the vast majority of us...we keep getting up and giving life another try!

By being born....

Almost 15 years ago I took a job, pretty much on a whim, that moved me from Dallas to St. Paul, MN. I did not even own a heavy coat and had never driven in snow....

A week later I met my husband and knew I was now a Minnesota girl!

See...things DO happen for a reason. The job did not last, but the relationship did!

Hmmm, I have the demon of Mr. Sticks & Plates...you know...that crazy guy that keeps all those plates spinning and never has time to think or breathe or BE...he just dashes from plate to plate keeping his life going by the tiniest thread of a nanosecond. Hmmm, a bit of an adrenal addict I must admit.

I KNOW I have this demon sitting on  my back waiting to spin plates, so I consciously work on NOT being busy. Over the last decade I have worked HARD on NOT having a To-Do List, on NOT having umpteen projects going at the same time. To learn to focus and yes, here I go again, be in the NOW.

Every now and then I slip up and take on more than I should, but at least I know I am doing it and am AWARE of it.

Just writing this allows me to breathe and plan to NOT do an extra project today!

Laying the grounwork for a new business...exciting timnes here in my little corner of entrepranual  heaven (uh, did I spell that right?).

We own a resort...so people come HERE for vacation and I immerse myself in THEIR fun!  I feel like I hostess a party for a few months of the year. Then my husband and I each take separate little fun trips throughout the year...I go to metaphysical type events and he goes fishing and sigh...hunting. But it works for us.

Having the Universe occassionally knock me flat on my butt with that good old trusty cosmic 2 by 4....ahhhh.
