What do you think you're supposed to learn in this lifetime?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for February 10, 2009:
Acceptance....of myself, of others, of situations. Acceptance allows me to then move to Enjoyment and Enthusiasm and THAT is what it's all about! I know, I know...I talked about that yesterday...but it is what it is.
I have struggled with being quick to judge others in a VERY superficial way. Yes, a quick wit is not always a gift. Now I have been re-remembering a kinder, gentler, more sympathetic way of viewing my fellow Be-ings...but I do slip into the old habits every now and then and gossip - that demon gossip. I suppose it could be worse and I could be a gossiping, crack addicted axe murdering cannibal...
I ACCEPT that ACCEPTANCE is my journey!

Self-acceptance is my challenge, too. I’m often called to see my worth in the face of conditioning which plays like a broken record, “You will make a mistake. They will judge you.” Good luck on your adventure.
Yes, you are NOT GOOD ENOUGH is such a mean-spirited refrain to ahve playing in our heads. BEST of Luck to you also!
