What was the last big thing you left behind?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for March 29, 2009:
An enormously heavy load of resentment toward someone...ahhh, the weight of that was so much more than I ever imagined ...until I dropped it, I never realized how havy it was...

I feel quite like her, I think that resentment does not let us learn of others something that should be said with good reasons even if criticising us sometimes we should be glad that not always have every body to agree with us.
Ahhh, that is a big one. For me it's a continual, gradual process of uncovering points of resentment and letting go, one by one, little by little. And yes, it is very liberating. Even if there is a wrong to be made right, it's so much easier to deal with the situation if we aren't steeped in bitterness towards the other person.
